The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) conducts the counseling. Online registration is required for Bihar NEET PG counseling in 2024. Upon successful registration, a login ID and password will be generated. In order to register, you must provide information such your date of birth, contact number, and NEET PG roll number. Registration, submitting personal and academic information, uploading a photo and signature, and paying non-refundable and refundable security costs are all steps in the Bihar PGMAC 2024 application process. BCECEB has been published the official; dates for the Bihar NEET PG Second Round Counselling 2024 , all PGMAC-2024 applicants, institutions, and members of the public are notified that, following Round 1 Counseling, Round 2 Counseling will take place according to the following schedule:


Candidates who have completed the application and paid the security deposit for PGMAC-2024 Counseling but, for whatever reason, have been unable to complete Choice Filling for Round 1 Counseling and would like to participate in Round 2 Counseling may also do so in accordance with the following schedule. To do so, they must complete Online Registration and Choice Filling via the Online Counseling Portal in accordance with the following schedule.

Who Can Apply for Bihar PGMAC Second Round Counselling 2024?

Participants who have completed their Round 1 Counseling choices and have not been assigned a seat will automatically be eligible for Round 2 Counseling based on their selections. They will be required to complete the remaining steps and view their seat allocation result by logging into their account through the Online Counseling Portal.

 Important Note Regarding Choice Filling:

Candidates who have fully completed the PGMAC-2024 Counseling application and paid the security deposit but were unable to complete Choice Filling for Round 1 Counseling for some reason and would like to participate in Round 2 Counseling may also do so in accordance with the following schedule; however, they will need to complete Online Registration and Choice Filling via the Online Counseling Portal in accordance with the following schedule.


Candidates who have completed Free Exit and wish to participate in Round-2 Counseling must complete Fresh Choice Filling in Round-2 Counseling Online Counseling Portal Account Login in accordance with the following schedule, per Advertisement No. - BCECEB (PGMAC)-2024/07 dated 05.12.2024.

Resignation Process

If any of the candidates who were given a seat through Round-1 Counseling have the option to upgrade "No" for Round-2 Counseling and have had their documents verified by going to their selected institute and taking admission, or have the option of upgrading "Yes" for Round-2 Counseling and having their documents verified, they can go to their assigned institute and take a free exit from Round-1 Counseling between December 13, 2024, and December 14, 2024, at 4:00 PM. Only then will their resignation be accepted.

They will make sure to obtain the "Resignation Slip" produced by the Online Counseling Portal along with their original documents (if submitted) after leaving the designated institute via Free Exit. Additionally, candidates will make sure that they obtain their Resignation Letter electronically, which is generated by the Board, using the portal that the Board provides to their designated institution. All of these candidates' previously filled choices will become "Null & Void" upon resignation.

 

Important Instruction:

1.     Applicants who were given seats through Round 1 Counseling but were unable to visit their designated institution for Document Verification for any reason are automatically deemed to be Free Exit, and their previously filled-out choices will also be deemed "Null & Void."

2.     The choices that all of these applicants previously filled out will be deemed "Null & Void" in light of the aforementioned. It will be necessary for all of these applicants to complete new Choices if they want to take part in Round 2 Counseling; if not, they will not be qualified.

 

3.      Applicants will use the Online Counseling Portal to access their account and view the Seat Allotment Result for Round-2 Counseling. Regardless of whether they were retained, promoted, or given a new allotment, all candidates must download their Allotment Order via the Portal and, within the allotted time frame, appear at the designated Institute or Reporting Center to complete the Document Verification/Enrollment process.

4.      No request of any kind will be accepted if the candidate indicates "Yes" or "No" for an upgrade in Round 3 counseling but, for whatever reason, does not finish the Document Verification/Enrollment process. In addition, the seat (retained, upgraded, or new allotment) that was assigned to them in Round 2 will be canceled, and the candidate will be held accountable for the forfeited Security Deposit.

5.      Applicants who successfully complete the enrollment process and get admission after having their documents verified by Rounds 1 and 2 counseling will not be eligible for Round 3 and additional counseling.

6.      As stated above, advertisements will be used to notify people when the online application for Round 3 counseling and online counseling is received.

7.      Applicants on the merit/rank list must make an online course and college selection. Seats are distributed according to the indicated selections, seat availability, reservation requirements, and NEET PG rank. The outcome of the seat allocation will be posted online. Candidates must enter their PGMAC ID, password, security pin, and other information to download the result PDF from the official website.
